Faculty Conversations

Each semester, informal conversations take place among faculty members. The Faculty Development coordinators develop the topic and provide reading material for discussion.

The college community has come to understand that the Faculty Conversations are not committee meetings and that no specific outcome is expected. The real intent is to raise the consciousness of participants to issues which will improve academic quality in the college, and help faculty identify their role within a community of scholars.
